Sushma RV graduated with a degree in BSc in Visual Communications in 2020. During college, she worked at many different production companies. Her first gig was working Alaknanda Advertising Agency as Assistant Producer. She then worked as an Artist Coordinator at Lighthouse Productions and Noise and Grains Production. Sushma worked as a Task Producer at Endemol Shine India for five months. She was Web Content Producer at Chennai Memes. She has also worked as an Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Zee Tamil Entertainment. She was an Assistant Director for the film, ‘3:6:9 – A film by Siva Madhav’. She worked as an Assistant Director at Ad Films for almost a year and a half and currently works at Wallwatcher Films as Associate Director.
