Neha Nair singer and composer; she mainly works in Malayalam film industry. She was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She presently lives in Trivandrum. She made debut in films as a playback singer with the movie ‘ Ritu’ directed by Shyamprasad; she sang along with Job Kurian in a duet song. The film was a National Award winner.

Further, she got the chance to sing the song ‘Prmikyumbol’ from the film ‘Salt N’ Pepper’ (2011); the music composer of the song was the National Award winner Bijibal, for this song she received Best Playback Singer Award in IMFA. Neha was the only girl in the Malayalam band named, Avila. On 11th Sept 2015, she performed live with the band Vidwan in Dubai at the Indian Music Festival- Raag ‘N’ Rock.

Latha Raju is a prominent Indian playback singer and film actress, who acted in many Malayalam films during the 60s to 70s. She was born in Kochi, Kerala in India and the only daughter of the late playback singer, Santha P. Nair and the late radio dramatist, K. Padmanabhan Nair. Latha is a post graduate in Master of Arts. She has worked at Akashvani-Doordarshan, Chennai as the Director of Marketing in the year 2011 and she continues to work as a consultant in the same post. She got married to Malayalam film singer and music composer, J. M. Raju, and they have two children namely Aalap Raju (who is also a playback singer) and Anupama. She and her husband have done over 1000 stage performances internationally. Latha used to go with her mother when doing rehearsals. South Indian music director, M. B. Sreenivasan, who composed the music in the 1962 Malayalam film, Snehadeepam, heard her while rendering a Mukesh song and suggested to the film’s producer and director, P. Subramaniam, that it will better if a child will sing for a child. So, Latha bags her very first song in the film entitled Onnaamtharam, which was composed by P. Bhaskaran. The song was picturised on Baby Vinodini, who played as Usha in the film. In the same year, she sang Thaatheyyam Kaattile, which was picturised on Kamal Haasan (as a child actor) on his Malayalam debut film, Kannum Karalum. After this, there is no looking back. Whenever the producers and directors would picturise a song to a child in their films, they will go to Latha’s house. Some of her famous Malayalam performances include Pinchuhridayam and Manjakkilee Swarnakkilee for Sethubandhanam in 1974; Ividathe Chechikku for Azhakulla Saleena in 1973; Aaluvaappuzhakkakare for Aadhyathe Katha in 1972; and Chippee Chippee Muthuchippee for Aranaazhikaneram in 1970. Latha also rendered songs in Kannada, Tamil and Tulu and has dubbed for many actresses like Shobha, Suhasini and Shobhana. She also dubbed for Sumithra for M. T. Vasudevan Nair’s Malayalam film, Nirmalyam in 1973, was applauded by the National Award-winning actor, P. J. Antony, who played the main lead role in the film and the director himself. Besides singing, she also acted in films like Kannu Karalum, Moodupadam, Kadathukaran, Chemmeen, Mister Kerala, Priya, Achante Bharya, Niramala, Ahalya, Pratheyka Divasam and many more. During the mid-90s, she got involved in home productions. In 2008, Latha won the prestigious Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Akademi Awards.

Deepak Devraj Komath is the original name of Deepak Dev, an Indian music director. He has composed songs predominantly in Malayalam cinema. His music is flawless in terms of sound quality. His music has a distinct quality in it and this has created a new trend in Mollywood. Deepak has several superhit songs to his credit. Born on 2nd March 1978, Deepak hails from Tellichery in Kerala. He had his schooling in Dubai and imbibed Carnatic music right from childhood. Eventually he developed passion for keyboard. While Deepak was pursuing his graduation in Sacred Heart College he commenced a rock band with the company of some of his friends . This band was recognized at the Talent Time-Woodstock competition and fetched award annually. Deepak got himself associated with veteran music composers including A R Rehman, Vidyasagar, Anu Malik,Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Aadesh Srivastav, Mani Sharma,  Sandeep Chowta and M M Kreem. Chronic Bachelor was his debut movie in Malayalam. Siddique helmed direction for this movie. Deepak expresses that Siddique was instrumental in his entry into movies. Deepak did some filler music for a program in US and this eventually prompted Siddique to offer Chronic Bachelor (2003) to Deepak. The music of Chronic Bachelor rocked the charts and all numbers became super hits. The songs in this movie Silayil Ninnum, Sile Sile Yaay and Swayamvara Chandrike became superhits. From then, he began to produce several hits. Symphony, Udayananu Tharam, Puthiya Mukham, Naran and Grandmaster are some of the notable works of Deepak. Deepak had to take great efforts to get into the music field. Deepak is a familiar name in Kerala now, thanks to his beautiful tunes. Deepak gained more recognition after he endeavored as a member of a three member jury in a talent program that is basically dealing with music. This program was called as Superstar. He also got himself involved in the channel’s next program named Super Star Junior. Deepak had introduced new faces in singing including K K Renji, Reshmi etc. On his personal front Deepak is wedded to Smitha; they stay in Cochin now and they are blessed with two daughters.
