According to the recent reports, the actor has joined Prithviraj Sukumaran’s upcoming action flick titled Khalifa. The movie will be releasing around the Onam weekend this year, and will be directed by Vysakh. Not much is revealed about the actor’s role though.

In 2014, Neil Nitin Mukesh made his debut in Tamil cinema with the movie Kaththi, which starred Vijay in a double role. He further starred in two Telugu films, Kavacham and Saaho, which released in 2018 and 2019 respectively. Saaho was also his last successful movie as an actor, even though it was an average grosser in Telugu circuit.

Meanwhile, Prithviraj is also working on his return to Bollywood with the crime thriller Daayra.
