Maanu

Maanu is a Tamil actress, who performed with Ajith in Kadhal Mannan. Maanu is from Assam, and she is born to M.K. Sharma and Prabha Devi. She did her studies in Chennai, and while doing her college in Chennai, she was called upon by director Charan to act in Kadhal Mannan. Till 2014, it was the only film she acted. She was very cute and stylish and the audience missed this beautiful actress so long. As she is a Bharathanatyam dancer, she moved all around the world and hence she did not get time to act in the films.  She got various offers after Kadhal Mannan; she denied it as she was passionate about dancing. After 15 years, she appeared in the film Enna Sattham Indha Neram as a mother of quadruplets. This film has director M. Raja, Nitin Satya, and Malavika too. Maanu denied acting in this role first and after hearing the story, she got impressed and accepted to do the story. She lived in Singapore with her husband, who is a Doctor. Maanu owns a company called Maanu Arts in which, people are taught with various forms of arts. After the movie Enna Sattham Indha Neram, Maanu settled in Chennai. Maanu says, she doesn’t hunt for movies, but will accept the good roles in future.
