Sajna

Sajna, since her childhood, had the passion and motivation to pursue art and culture. When she was just 4 she got her training in classical dance. Eventually she devoted her life to learning new forms of art and tradition. At her young age of 6 she had her arangetram.in the dance form Bharatanatyam. In school also Sajna had the chance to pursue her interest in arts. She also imbibed Mohiniyattam and Kuchipudi dance.

Sajna not only learnt dancing but also got herself involved in singing. She has knowledge of Hindustani Music, Carnatic Music and Veena. She has various credits to her dancing, and she has a scholarship in Carnatic Vocal.

Other than dance and music Sajna also endeavored into the media of radio and television as a producer and anchor, for over twelve years. She is often seen in government programmes. 

At her 15th year, Sajna got herself associated with television shows as a compere. She was studying in school then. During 2001, she involved herself with Kairali-Malayalam Communications Ltd. Here she worked for almost four years. In 2004, she tested waters with Sun Network’s regional Malayalam channel Surya TV. She worked there for over four years by anchoring a reputed breakfast show. In this show she had the chance to interview over 300 celebs from different backgrounds. She also endeavored into Government programmes as a host. She had the great opportunity to compere programs under the honorary presence of Dr. Manmohan Singh Manmohan Singh is a Punjabi film director and a re >> Read More... and Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. Sajna worked as a co-anchor for the Dance and Music Festival named Goodnight Soorya. 

Sajna tied the nuptial know to Vinish Vasudevan in 2007; her husband has been supporting her consistently through all her endeavors. After marriage Sajna shifted to Dubai. In Dubai she got herself associated with Asianet Radio 657am for a short span. After getting into the beautiful phase of motherhood in 2010, she took a thoughtful break of a couple of years. Now her life revolves around family and work. Sajna is doing hr Ph.D. studies in Indian music form. Also, she tested waters on writing a book. 

Sajna got associated with Kairali TV again on 2013 and did a Tele Quiz Show for Women.
