Kothuku Nanappan is called as S. Narayanan Namboothiri, was born on 12 March 1935 in Muttathu Madom, Perunnai, Changanacherry, Travancore, India. He was the son of his father Saraswathy Antharjanam, and mother G. Shankaran Namboothiri. Kothuku is a professional Indian theater actor, mimicry artist, and film actor. He works preferably for the Malayalam film industry. He did a diploma course in the field of Textile Technology from the Govt. Polytechnic, Thiruvananthapuram, India. Kothuku worked at Textile Commissioner’s Office, having the post of a Textile Investigator, Mumbai. Later he went back to Kerala to make his career in the movie industry. He was married to
