Nishma Chengappa is an actress in the Indian film industry. She has worked extensively in various Kannada films and Tamil television shows. She is a talented, hardworking and commitment freak girl, who is very dedicated towards her work. The actress hails from Bangalore, Karnataka. She completed her graduation from the Presidency College in Bangalore and started working in the film industry straight ahead. She was excellent in her studies, but the acting was always a passion for her which she wanted to pursue as a career. She waited for the right opportunity and grabbed it beautifully. She did different genres of daily soaps. She made her debut with Kannada film titled Dildara in the year 2010. It got directed by Amar and produced by none other than CV Dhananjay Gouda.

She played a very convincing role. M. INiyan Dinesh directed the film and it had the star cast of Murali, Ashmitha, Dharish, and Shrinesh Arvind in the main leads. Savithri was another successful show by the actress. It came in the year 2017 and got aired on E TV.
