(2020), and Seetharam Benoy Case Number Eight (2021) and distributing several films to various OTT platforms. Ravishankar Pai was born on April 17, 1995, in Puttur City, Karnataka and spent most of his childhood there. Instead of going in the conventional path, he entered show business as a producer.
In 2018, he debuted as a film producer by producing Appe Teacher. After the success of his debut film, he subsequently produced back-to-back films, Malgudi Days in 2020 and Seetharam Benoy Case Number Eight in 2021. Apart from being a producer and a distributor, he is also the business head of a digital OTT platform called the Talkies App, which telecasts Kannada, Tulu, and Konkani films for a subscription. On the personal front, he married his longtime girlfriend, Vaishnavi Bhat, in 2021.
