Akshay Raj

Akshay Raj is a mastering technician and editor. He is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. He married Archana Gangambika in January 2020. He did his schooling at Nightingales English High School in 2009. Akshay Raj did a B.Sc. in multimedia (digital communication) from Punjab Technical University, Kapurthala, in 2015.  Akshay then went to Bengaluru to begin his career in the Kannada film industry. He worked as an associate editor for 1 year and 6 months. His job included camera editing, cutting trailers, spot editing, and other processes associated with editing. Akshay then joined Suddi TV and worked there from June 2016 to August 2017.

After gaining considerable experience, Akshay grabbed the opportunity to become the video editor in charge at TV5 News Network. He worked there for a few months and then at NewsX. Later on, Akshay worked as a freelancer and handled some corporate projects. In September 2018, Akshay made a great leap in his career when he joined a prestigious T.V. network named Colors Kannada and handled daily soap editing for a few months. He then decided to step into digital media and worked for two years as a digital media technician. After gaining good experience in this field, he grabbed the position of mastering technician at Premier Digital Solutions in February 2022.
