Isha kicked off her modeling career as a model for the cover shoot of Rajasthan International Designer Festival. She also walked the ramp for Wills Lifestyle with Fiza Khan, and Abhimanyu Singh Tomar. She was a calendar girl for Manoj Aryan. Her first TV commercial ad was for Raag Pan Masala, and she made an appearance on a YouTube video called “Shudh Desi Rap”, playing the role of Katrina. Isha made her debut on the TV screen with the hit crime thriller show CID. She was a contestant in the MTV’s youth-based hit reality TV show, Splitsvilla. She appeared in the 9th season of the show in which the theme was Where Women Rule.

She was a semi-finalist and faced elimination from the show after being dumped by semi-finalists Kavya and Rajnandini. Isha says she joined the show looking for love and wanted to be in a relationship with a man who knew how to treat a person properly.
