Nawab Shah is an Indian TV and film actor who started his career with small and minor roles with nondescript characters in TV serials. He was first noticed in the serial Saarathi on Star Plus during 2004. it was produced by Neela Telefilms and directed by Qayeed Kuwajerwala. The serial was a modern day Mahabharat and the story of fight between brothers and their families and resultant disaster. Nawab played the role of Mansen Goenka, the character comparable with Dhritarashtra. It was one of the main antagonist roles and the performance of Nawab was highly appreciated. He also put up a great performance in the role of
Afzal Khan
in the serial Veer Shivaji.Â
Nawab was also continuously trying to make a successful entry into Bollywood movies which was his childhood dream. He started his career with the movie Raja Ko rani Se Pyar Ho Gaya. Manisha Koiral and Arvind Swami were in the lead roles but the role played by Nawab went unnoticed. Â His next movie Belagaam also did not do very well. Then came his next movie ' Body Guard' where he acted as an antagonist against Salmaan Khan. The movie was a super hit and established Nawab as a villain in the Hindi film Industry. Â He also acted in Lakshya and another superhit of Shahrukh Khan Don2 with great success.
With manly look and rough and tough appearance, Nawab appears to be all geared up to become a legend in the Bollywood Film Industry.
