Dhruv Bhandari is the son of veteran actor . Mohan has already proved his talent in movies like Bawandar, Pratighat and TV serials like Saloni and Saat Phere etc. Dhruv is highly inspired by his father's acting talent and one day hopes to be a successful hero in the Bollywood film industry.

Dhruv was very lucky to have received an offer very early in his life by veteran TV serial producer Manish Goswami to have his break in TV serial 'Sixxer' in which he plays an urban boy and a successful cricketer. His next serial was rakt sambandh in which he portrayed the role of a transgender. His performance in both the serial was rated very highly and he has since been receiving a number of offers for TV serials.

Looking at his performances in the serials, he was offered a small role in Madhur Bhandarkar's movie 'Dil Toh Bachcha hai Jee' which had and in two male lead roles. The female lead is played by Shruti Hassan. Dhruv plays the role of a young urbanized man. It was a small role in the film but gives a turn to the story and hence an important one.

Dhruv since his childhood dreams of making it big in Bollywood movies an we hope him to be successful with the bundle of talent which he has at his possession.
