He did his graduation from Mitthibai College of Commerce of Mumbai, India. He did his training for Music under Maestro Kalyanji. After that, he completed his diploma in English contemporary music at Tech Music Schools, in London and after his return to India he was called for the audition of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa show in the year of 2007. He also hosted Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge in 2008.He is successful in his career as a singer, dancer and music composer. He is much known for his best song ‘Chhota Baccha Jaan Ke’ for which he is awarded at Screen Awards for the film Masoom in 1996.
