Thamma Confirms Its Release Date

Maddock Films has decided to put the rumors to rest.

The new poster of Thamma has confirmed its release date. Thamma will now release on October 21, i.e. a day after Deepavali.

The movie’s name has been changed for the third time to Thamma, after being titled initially as Vampires of Vijaynagar and later Thama. Ayushmann Khurrana will be playing the lead role, while Rashmika Mandanna will be playing the female lead. The movie also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Paresh Rawal in important roles.

Thamma is a part of the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe, which includes movies like Stree, Bhediya, Munjya etc. Aditya Sarpotdar, who had previously directed the horror comedy Munjya, will be heading this film. The movie might also witness cameos from people like Varun Dhawan, who is a part of the MHCU movie Bhediya.
