Besides being an actress, Gogte is pretty active in other spheres too. The actress is musically talented and is the director and teacher at Music Together LLC in Mumbai. Madhura is a child behavior expert who conducts musical classes for children. Gogte has over ten years of experience in the child development and education field. She has worked with children from Australia, the United States, and India. She is the founder of Little Miracles, an activity center for children focused on the development of kids from 10 months to 6 years old.

Her initiative as an educator was featured in a leading online daily once during the lockdown. In the interview to the daily, Gogte stressed how she focused on a combination of music, storytelling, and activity to keep the children engaged during the online sessions. She also talked about the works of foreign and Indian authors that were her main focus. Her online classes called Story Time With Madhura have been a success, with over 250 kids enrolling for the classes during the lockdown. Besides founding her institute, Gogte has worked with different organizations like Sapling Nursery, Bratfit India, Happy Hippo as a child consultant.

Madhura has also acted as a President of Make A Difference (MAD), focused on educating orphans and underprivileged children. The NGO aims to make children independent by providing quality education. Gogte did her schooling at St Joseph High School, Pashan, Pune. She pursued her bachelor’s in English Language and Literature in 2008. Aside from that, she completed a diploma in music, theatre, liberal arts, and drama. She also has to her credit a postgraduate diploma in early childhood education and teaching.
