. Kanupriya is the daughter of the famous writer, Ushakiran Khan, who got honored with the ‘Padma Shri’ in the year 2015.
At the tender age of six, Kanupriya started participating in dramas and plays at Bal Rangmandal, Patna. She went on to be part of the National School of Drama, New Delhi. After graduation, Kanupriya Pandit started working as a full-time theatre artist and did numerous plays. In 2012 she created her own theatre company ‘Killol Kala Academy.’ Throughout her career, Kanupriya has worked in two languages Hindi and Maithili.
