Hari Shivdasani

Hari Shivdasani was an actor, who has origins from Pakistan but after independence settled in India. He generally appeared in the Bollywood or Hindi cinema industry. Generally, he used to do supporting roles. Hari is an ethnic Sindhi from Karachi who moved along to Mumbai with his family during the time of partition in the year 1947. He was born in the year 1909. He then got married to Maria Shivdasani, a British Christian.

They both had two daughters. The eldest daughter was Babita, who is an actress in the Bollywood industry and the younger one was MeenaAdvani, who is the owner of Powermaster Engineers Private Limited and Power-master tools Private Limited. Pataudi. Hari Shivdasani’s acting career spans from the 1930s to the 1980s. He has appeared in around 70 films in these 50 years of his career in the Hindi cinema industry. According to records, he started his career by acting in the movie Dharma Ki Devi, which released in the year 1935. His last ever appearance on the big screen was in the movie Dadagiri, which released in the year 1987, had movie stars like Dharmendra, Padmini Kohlapure, and Govinda in the lead roles. Hari Shivdasani passes away in the year 1994. He was 85 years old when he passed away.
