Sunder Singh was an Indian film actor and comedian, remembered by the regional audience for his supporting roles (mainly as a comedian) in films like Bahurani (1989), Dacait (1987), Arjun (1985), Maa Kasam (1985), Sharaabi (1984), etc. Mostly known for his major involvement in Hindi and Punjabi films, Sunder was also involved in some Punjabi films like Lal Quilla and Upkaar as a playback singer.
In 1939, Sunder made his first portentous contribution on the silver screen with the Hindi film Imperial Mail. Since then, he appeared in more than 430 Hindi and Punjabi films combined throughout his career. On 5th March 1992, he lost his life in Mumbai.Â
