Kumar Ramsay is an Indian screenplay writer and producer. He was born in 1936. He died in 2021 due to cardiac arrest in his house Hiranandani in Mumbai, India. He was the son of producer FU Ramsay. He also has seven brothers, and he is the eldest one. His wife is Sheela, and his son is Gopal Ramsay. He is well known for his works in horror films along with his brothers. He worked as a screenplay writer and story writer in the movies Rustom Sohrab (1967), Ek Nannhi Munni Ladki Thi (1970), Andhera (1975), Darwaza (1978), Aur Kon? (1979), Saboot (1980),
