Rahul Lakhanpal

Rahul Lakhanpal is a well-known Punjabi singer who is about to make his debut in Hollywood movies. He was born in Jagraon. Jagraon is a small town that is around 40 km from Punjab Ludhiana industrial center. From a very young age, Rahul has gained a taste of music. He commenced acquiring music at the age of 10. His parents have supported him a lot to pursue music as his career. But this did not divert him from his examinations. Rahul has completed his graduation with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Guru Nanak Dev University, in Amritsar. However, later he has also finished his Master of Science in Texas. After gathering a lot of knowledge and completing his lectures, Rahul stepped into the world of music professionally.

At a young age, he started comprehending the music. Rahul Lakhanpal has gained proper training in Indian classical, Punjabi folk music, and Sufi music. In an interview, he has expressed that during the completion of his Master's degree in Texas, he has started opting for music as his career. Rahul is also the prominent vocal artist of the band named Dhwani. From this band, the friendship between him and Vineet Bailur started. However, as time passed by, both of them turned into music partners. He showed the magic of his band through his performance in several universities in the US. In 2008, Rahul took part in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, the USA version. As is mentioned above, Rahul has performed in many universities in the USA.

During this journey in 2012, he saw a performance in Los Angeles in 2012 that he met Nazia Khan, a Hollywood producer. From there, Rahul and his friend started a new journey as a music composer and a vocalist. Moreover, in an interview, Rahul has openly declared that one of his songs called Chicago Land has got allotted for the Hollywood movie The Tiger Hunter. The list of some of his songs is Teri Hoon Main, Bulandi, Khudai, Sadraan.
