IP Singh

IP Singh is an Indian singer, composer, and lyricist who works mainly in the Hindi industry. His full name is Inder Pal Singh Takshak. He was born in Delhi and married Nupoor Khedkar, who is a singer and songwriter on 2nd February in 2023. He has been a musician since his school days and he started performing for musical scores for traditional and contemporary puppet shows. IP Sign has 20 years of experience as a media professional and puppeteer. He has spent more than fifteen years in the conic act of Menwhopause. Menwhopause was recognized as the best rock band in India by Jack Daniel’s Rock Awards. He was a certified music therapist. He also worked as a sound design educator and ran a small studio. Zither was the first song of IP Singh in a line-up of songs. It was a class of stringed instruments. He used to mix purest instincts into a range of instruments, some songs created complex mixes and some made foreground, carrying all songs like a story.

IP Singh was selected for the Critics Award for recreated Song of the Year- Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui in the Mirchi Music Awards in 2022, the technical award for best original soundtrack (Jee Karda) in the Filmfare OTT Awards in 2023, and the Filmfare award for Best Lyrics (Dunki) in the Filmfare Awards in 2024.
