Vandana Jain is currently living her dreams. She moved from Banglore to Mumbai to become a famous independent producer. The company has restricted shares, and is a private and non-government company. Authorized Share Capital is Rs. 1 crore and paid up share capital is Rs. 81 Lacs. She produced her first film under this banner which was Balwinder Singh Famous Ho Gaya.
