Over the years, Abhay Gadgil has produced several Bollywood films like Chintoo (2012), and Tuhya Dharma Koncha? (2013), Chintoo 2: Khajinyachi Chittarkatha (2013), and Pituroon (2013). Apart from being a film producer, Abhay Gadgil is a budding entrepreneur and venture capitalist and has invested in several businesses, including real estate. In April 2017, Abhay Gadgil became a partner of P.N. Gadgil company and has handled the business operations for many years. 

He also became the director of a film production company called Indian Magic Eye Motion Pictures and managed several film productions. For his achievements in the business world, he has also won the Corporate Excellence Award and has interacted with many Bollywood celebrities, including Amitabh Bachchan. Abhay Gadgil is very active on social media and often posts several updates about his production career and personal life.
