Enrica Fernandes is a renowned Indian actress, who made appearances in Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu films. She was born in a Konkani household in Mangalore, but she was raised in Mumbai. Both her parents, Ralph Fernandes and Lavina, came from Mangalore, Karnataka. Enrica studied at Holy Cross High School in Mumbai and graduated college at the SIES College of Arts, Science & Commerce in Sion. Later, she attended St. Andrews College, Mumbai to pursue Bachelor of Arts, but subsequently dropped out to become a model. Modeling has been her dream and passion ever since and at the age of 17, she started her career in B-Blunt Salon. Enrica later appeared in the TV commercials of Clinic All Clear India and Nickelodeon.

Since the year 2010, she started to join many beauty pageants and was crowned at the Pantaloons Femina Miss Maharashtra 2011. In 2012, she joined the Miss India 2012 and was included in the top 10. She also received a special award of Miss Fresh Face. She entered the cinema industry in the year 2013. Initially, she auditioned in S.J. Surya’s Tamil musical thriller film, Isai; but she failed to get the lead role. Luckily, she got the lead role in Kumar Taurani’s bilingual film, Virattu/Dega, together with Sujiv, son of Kumar Taurani. This film was released in 2014. Because of the delays of her films, she was debuted in the Tamil romantic action film, Ainthu Ainthu Ainthu in 2013.

This film was helmed by Director Sasi, who spotted her photos at the office of Meera Kathiravan, while filming for another film. She was cast in Ainthu Ainthu Ainthu as a Software Engineer, opposite Bharath. Also in 2014, she made her Kannada film debut in Jayanth C. Paranjee’s Ninnindale. The film also marks Paranjee’s debut in the Kannada cinema. Enrica played the lead female role opposite Puneeth Rajkumar. This was followed by another film debut in the Hindi cinema, and the film was entitled Babloo Happy Hai, which was directed by Nila Madhab Panda of I Am Kalam and Jalpari. After this, Virattu/Dega was released, and the Telugu version of the film was released in late 2014. Because of this, the Telugu romantic film, Galipatam, became her debut in the Telugu cinema.

In Galipatam, she played the lead female role opposite Aadi, who played as her husband. In 2015, she was cast in the upcoming Tamil action thriller film, Vizhithiru, helmed by Meera Kathiravan. In the same year, Enrica was starred in the Kannada film, Buguri, which also stars Ganesh and Richa Panai in the lead roles. Aside from acting on the silver screen, Enrica is also part of the fiction romantic TV series, Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi on Sony TV. She played the role of Dr. Sonakshi Bose, a strict nutritionist and the breadwinner of the Bose family. She is also a contestant (from the Chennai Swaggers) of the sports reality entertainment show, Box Cricket League 2016.

Faezeh Jalali

Faezeh Jalali is a notable Indian teacher, actress, director and casting director. She attended University of Tennessee, Knoxville, U.S. and took a Master of Fine Arts degree in Theatre Performance, from where she got a full scholarship. She also studied at Beloit College in U.S. and took up Bachelor of Arts with a degree in Theatre; she graduated as a magna cum laude. Faezeh has done a post degree certificate course in physical theatre and dance at KiM (Kosmos in Movement) in Berlin, Germany. At present, she is a teacher of drama in the Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai.Faezeh is the co-founder of FAT Productions, along with actor and director, Anand Tiwari, Sukant Goel and Trimala Adhikari. She is also conducting workshops for students, corporate or professionals. She is part of the popular play, A Midsummer Night’s Dream by Shakespeare and they travelled internationally for 2 and a half years. She donned plays like Arms and the Man, The Djinns of Eidgah and Peter Pan. Faezeh is the director of Annie Zaidi’s Jaal by Rage Productions for Writer’s Bloc in 2012. Later, she also directed All in the Timing by David Ives. She is also trained in aerial acrobat and rope mallakhamb. She worked in many films, televisions and ads, but theatre has always been her biggest passion. She donned street performances and also, political theatre. She also worked with Rehaan Engineer in plays like Ursula, The Trestle, Kasper, Norway Today and more. Fazeh also worked in Hard Places by Rookie Dadachandji.Faezeh is the casting director of the 2011 Hindi thriller film, Shaitan under the direction of Bejoy Nambiar. Later, she started working in the big screen as she appeared as Maya in the 2003 film, Waterville. In 2005, she bagged the role of Suzy in the Bollywood comedy film, Mr Ya Miss and as the widow in the 2008 film, R(evolution). In the same year, she appeared in the British drama film, Slumdog Millionaire. A year after, she played the role of a nun in the satirical mockumentary film, The President is Coming by Kunaal Roy Kapur. She played as Anjum in the Bollywood crime drama film, Kurbaan in 2009. The actress has done a short film entitled, Adrak in 2012. She acted in the film, Qissa: The Tale of a Lonely Ghost in 2013 and recently, she did another short film entitled, Haircut.In 2010, Faezeh also acted in the comedy drama series, Mahi Way as Sona under YRF Television.
