Siddharth or Sid Mallya was born on 7thMay 1987 and is the son of Vijay Mallya, who is a well known Indian businessman and the Grandson of Vittal Mallya, previous chairman of UB Group.

He has been a television and online host and pursued his career in acting. Before coming to the media field, he worked as a Director of an IPL Team “Royal Challengers Bangalore”. The team was owned by Vijay Mallya.

He was born in Los Angeles, to a former air hostess Samira Mallya and Indian businessman Vijay Mallya. After some time, the family moved to England. They also stayed in Dubai for some time and when Sid was at his age ten; he started his boarding school at Papplewick School in Ascot. He continued his higher studies at Wellington College, Berkshire. There he qualified with General Certificate of Secondary Education and A Levels. He completed his Business Management Bachelor’s Degree from Queen Mary University of London.

After completing his graduation, he spent one year working with British’s multinational alcohol and beverage company, “Diageo” as an assistant brand manager. In the year 2010, Sid’s father Vijay

Mallya, owned a team in the IPL cricket named “Royal Challengers Bangalore” and made his son Sid as the director of the team. It was sure that Sid would enter into his family business and follow the footsteps of his father and grandfather.

Sid appeared in many talk shows and in the year 2012, he launched an online chat show called “NO BOUNDARIES”. The Show was completely run by Sid Mallaya. He is the writer and Host for the show. In his show he interviewed cricketers like , and many others.

Sid Mallya started dating actress , which went smoothly for one year, but finally they broke up their relationship in the year 2012. Sid made his debut as a show stopper in Lakme Fashion Week 2012 for designer KomalSood. He also acted in some short films like Flashback (II) and Open House on Beverly.
