Vishal Khurana

Vishal Khurana is an Indian music director and composer. He has composed music for both advertisements and films. He made his Bollywood debut as a Music director with the biographical film, Neerja (2016). Vishal Khurana has been learning Indian Classical Music along with Western Classical Music since childhood.

He has learned Dhrupad genre of Indian Classical music from Ustad Wasifuddin Dagar and has completed Grade 7 Electronic Keyboard in Western Classical Music from Trinity College, London. He composed his first tune at the age of just 7.

Vishal got his big break in the form of Ram Madhvani Ram Madhvani is an Indian Director. He has worked >> Read More... ’s Neerja (2016) for which he gave the background score as well as composed all the songs of the film. Vishal Khurana stated in an interview that before Neerja he worked for two years with Ram Madhvani in various advertisements.

Impressed with Vishal’s work, Ram got him onboard for Neerja. Neerja went on to become a commercial and critical success, with the audience appreciating the film’s direction, performances, music, and background score.
