Sharad Kapoor

Sharad Kapoor is an Indian actor who was born on February 13 1976 in Calcutta (now Kolkata), India. Sharad started his career as an assistant director with the film ‘Lakshman Rekha’ but that’s not all. Because of his rough n tough look and masculine personality he couldn’t stay away from acting and become an actor starting with the film ‘Mera Pyara Bharat’ in 1994. Sharad married Koel Basu in 2008. She is the granddaughter of Jyoti Basu. Sharad has a personality that says it all and people would never like to mess up with him. Career: Sharad started his career in 1994 only. It was Salman himself who appointed him to this role as Sharad already lost all hopes for the comeback and was busy with his business of restaurant. He also appeared in a film ‘Jiah Aur Jiah’ in which his role was similar to that of Amitabh Bachchan’s role in Nishabdh. It was a different role, different from his usual anti-heroic roles. Due to Sharad’s three world tour in 3 years he was unable to be a part of the film industry, but he’s back in the movies now.
