Nipon Goswami is an Indian actor and also a theatre artist; he mainly works in Assamese Film Industry. He was born in Kolibari in Tezpur, Assam in September 1947. His parents were a father, Chandradhar Goswami, actor and mother, Nirupama Goswami, a singer. He took his primary education in Kolibari LP School and for further studies, he went to Tezpur Government High School.
