The music album of ‘Mainu Ishq Da Lagya Rog’ was released in October 2015 and the concept of the album was brain work of Khushali Kumar. Music of the song was composed by Arko and the song is straightway lifted from the title song of the movie ‘Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin’.
