Later, she was inspired enormously by her elder’s brother passion for music and playing guitar. Albeit, she was paramountly influenced by a singer named Eva Cassidy, who she elucidates as “an angel who was sent by God into the world but unfortunately, was called back soon.” Following him, she decided to pursue her career in playing and writing in the field of Music. Varghese started writing songs at the age of 17 and used to write about her day-to-day experiences, majorly love and life in general. She has sung numerous songs till the date, which consists of the following; Invincible Mind, a rock ballad, Follow You is an autobiographical slow rock love ballad with a musician couple, You & Me Now is a love song with an indie acoustic feel, and Road Less Traveled, a new-age Blues number about the unanswered questions in life, about musicians, are forced to take the road less traveled in life.

She enrolled at the Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music in Chennai to learn music. At this stage, she went through a comprehensive music experience apart from studying vocals in October 2011. This helped her brush up skills and gave her glimpses of working as a music artist. Further, after learning music, she moved back to Mumbai and decided to work on her dream to compose her music. Later on, she began the research for some musicians. After finding them, she and four other musicians made a band titled Rachel and The Plutonians. They all work together to compose music, adding their specific texture. In addition, she has also worked in the Bollywood industry as a music artist, as she has sung Kya Karen song from the movie ‘NH 10’, Choone Chali Aasman from ‘Margarita with a Straw’ and she looks forward to working with music directors like Pritam Chakraborty and Amit Trivedi Amit Rivedi is a phenomenal musician of the Bollyw >> Read More... .
