Faye D'Souza is a journalist and a television news anchor who works in the Indian news industry. She had experience working as the executive editor of The Times Group-owned Mirror Now. She received a lot of fame and stardom with the show. She was formerly the editorial lead and anchor for ET's Investor's Guide and was a member of the CNBC TV18 newsroom. D'Souza was born on 8 October 1981, in Mangalore, Karnataka. She received a bachelor's degree in journalism and English literature, a master's degree in mass communication, and a journalism education at Mount Carmel College in Bangalore.

She completed her postgraduate studies at the Commits Institute of Journalism and Mass Communication in Bengaluru. While still a student, D'Souza began her journalism career with All India Radio. She went on to report on mutual funds, insurance, and personal finance after working as a postgraduate journalist at CNBC TV 18 in 2003. All About Stocks, The Property Guide, and ET Now Investor's Guide were the three weekly programmes she hosted. With her approach to addressing issues like communalism, price increases, political opportunism, and corruption throughout 2017, she and her programme 'The Urban Debate' became hugely popular with the public, bringing her notoriety and fame.

On September 9, 2019, she left her position overseeing daily operations at Mirror Now. She collaborated with FireWork, an online video platform, in January 2020 to create and publish brief video segments wherein she discussed current events. In January 2020, she launched her youth content brand, Beatroot, with the goal of bringing back the dignity of news by providing respectful, nonpartisan information to young Indians. In 2018, she received the Red Ink Award for "Journalist of the Year," and in 2021, she received the Red Ink Award for her coverage on pandemic health.

In October 2018, she was also the recipient of Vogue India's Woman of the Year Opinion Maker award. In April 2020, Impact Magazine recognised her as the Most Influential Woman in Media and Marketing. In January 2022, she received the Science & Health Reporting RedInk Awards for Excellence in Journalism from the Mumbai Press Club. Among her many talents are motivational speaking, human resources, team leadership, digital production, online news, personal finance, investments, financial reporting, and public speaking.
