Rohit Colin Rao is a Hindi filmmaker, writer, cinematographer, editor, musician, and composer. He has directed many great films and documentaries. One of which got really appreciated by people was a documentary named Brood X: Year of the Cicada (2006), which he directed with Greg Kihlström. The story revolves around a journey to explain the journey of the only authentic "bug of history"—the periodical Cicada.
The unbelievable insect that lives underground for 17 years before emerging in billions and dying off in roughly a month is the bug that is only found in the United States’s eastern part. In 2012, he also wrote and directed a movie named Ultrasonic. The story was about a musician who has extremely sensitive hearing and searches for a scary sound that disturbs him but is inaudible to anyone else.
