Ghanendra Singh

Ghanendra Singh is an Indian editor, filmmaker, and writer. His major works are in the Hindi TV series and web series. Moreover, he is an independent filmmaker and scriptwriter of short films. Singh completed his Master’s degree from Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology. Although he studied in a different background he always had a keen interest in filmmaking. He shifted to Mumbai to pursue his career in filmmaking. Initially, Singh started his filmmaking journey by making a variety of short films and YouTube series. After relocating to Mumbai, he worked as an assistant video editor for Turtle on a Hammock Films. He edited three web series for AltBalaji and Zee. He worked on the talk show Not Just Supper Star (2019) as an assistant editor.

Singh worked as the assistant director under Abeer Entertainment for the commercials of Orient and Rooh Afza ads. He then worked as the video editor for ZoomMantra Productions. After that, he worked on multiple independent projects. Singh worked at One Take Media Co. as an associate producer and video editor. Singh was the independent filmmaker, writer and editor of their company GsP HuB. He released several shorts under this small production.

Singh worked as the writer, director, and editor of the short film Diversity and Unity (2017). His other independent work as a writer and editor is the YouTube mini-series Kanpur Ketchup (2019). As an editor, his other notable short film is Self Portrait (2024). Singh also worked on Ranjan Chandel’s Short called Jaan Jigar: Beloved (2018) as an assistant editor. He directed, edited and wrote the screenplay of the Short Ek Suljha Aadmi.
