Utsav Mukherjee is an independent filmmaker. He has done post-graduation from Jadavpur University in Film Studies. Mukherjee used to make archival films in the School of Cultural Texts and Records, under Jadavpur University. He was primarily in documentaries, ads, and corporate films and wrote scripts for feature films. He mainly works for the Bengali film industry. Mukherjee made his directorial debut in ‘Half Serious’ in 2013 and moved to ‘Bheetu’ in 2013. He did a project in 2018, ‘Kuasha Jakhon’, where he served as a scriptwriter. Other than being a filmmaker, he is also a director, dialogue writer and, screenplay writer. One of his releases in 2019 includes ‘Bhobishyoter Bhoot,’ directed by
