Bindni is of Indian origin, but she was born in Kenya and brought up in the Midlands. She studied for a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia and Audio-Video Production at Nottingham University. She has also directed several other short films, including "Street Play" (2009) and "Yagnatarium" (2015). She is also well-known for her animation skills and has worked on several projects, including the short film "Cow" (2017) and the music video for the song "Dilruba" by Prateek Kuhad.
