Bindni Karia

Bindni Karia is one of the most creative actors, producers, and animators who is based in London, UK.

Bindni is of Indian origin, but she was born in Kenya and brought up in the Midlands. She studied for a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia and Audio-Video Production at Nottingham University. She comes from a mixed cultural background, which she tries to showcase in her work. She is skilled in many fields, namely 3D animation, production, and direction. Her work touches on a lot of topics, ranging from social to political issues.

She has worked on more than eighteen feature films, apart from her other works. She has a strong desire for storytelling, and she cultivated this habit from the age of 11 through the traditional Indian classical dance form "Kathak", which means story.

Bindni's short film "Cardboard" (2019) was the official selection at Lakecity International Film Festival Delhi, the online official selection at Lift-Off Global Network London, and the highest commendation at the London-Worldwide Comedy Short Film Festival. She has also directed several other short films, including "Street Play" (2009) and "Yagnatarium" (2015). She is also well-known for her animation skills and has worked on several projects, including the short film "Cow" (2017) and the music video for the song "Dilruba" by Prateek Kuhad.
