He believes that they have a lot to offer since they are unaware of the glitz and glamour, which can lead to an honest and sensitive performance. He is also popular for adapting his movies from popular novels. While ‘Kai Po Che!’ is based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel, Fitoor is also based on Charles Dickens’ Great Expectations. Abhishek is currently engrossed in penning his scripts and will go back to acting if something really exciting will come his way. He wishes to direct Amitabh Bachchan in his future films, due to his huge filmography, and among the youngsters, he wants to direct Hrithik Roshan, because he believes that the actor gives more than 100% to his work.
