Varun Sharma is the well-known as Choocha in the movie Fukrey, a debutant of Farhan Akhtar's 2013 production. The talent of making people laugh and entertain is like a god gift. In Indian film Industry, comedians are growing day by day.

By the perfect blend of comedy and innocent acting skills has made entry of Varun Sharma into Bollywood. Fukrey, which was a surprise Hit in Bollywood. After getting success with Fukrey, he has been signed up for more comedy movies and also in talks for a Hollywood project.

Varun was born in Jalandhar on 4thFeb, 1991. He did his +2 from Jalandhar and a graduate in Media, Entertainment and Film Industry from Chandigarh. Before entering in movies, Varun has also done some modeling assignments for some famous brands like Virgin Mobile, Airtel, Ebay, Nissan Micra, Margo soap etc. In 2 years of his movie career, he has worked in near about 8 movies and most of them are comedies. He has played the character ‘’ in the movie ‘’ in 2013. In the same year Varun’s thriller movie ‘’ entertained the viewers. In the year 2014-2015, he acted in three continuous released comedy movies Yaaran Da Catchup, Dolli Ki Doli and Kis Kisko Pyar Karu. He has been nominated for IIFA Award for Best Performance in a Comic Role and won the Star Guild Award for Best Actor in a Comic Role.
