Bhaura Pandey and Kattani Qureshi are friends living in a town. In a situation, they meet a beautiful girl, Roohi. She appears to be a normal girl and at that time, they don’t know about her other side. But, slowly, she reveals her other side, Afza. Soon, Bhaura falls for Roohi’s character and his friend started loving Afza. Both of them wanted to get rid of the other character from their girlfriend. Did they succeed in their attempt? The answer forms the rest of the story.
Rajkummar, Janhvi and Varun have given their best. All three of them appear different from their previous ventures. Their body language and expressions are fantastic, especially, Rajkummar's. Varun is good with his comedy dialogues and he is very casual while performing certain sequences. Janhvi has differentiated two shades and had given an interesting performance.
The film has come with a good horror-comedy script, which Bollywood had been missing for the past few years. The dialogues are well-penned and are impressive. The lead actors' characters are dealt with in detail and it is one of the biggest pluses of the film. But, the movie didn’t have a gripping narration. If the narration had been better, it would have gone to a better place. The cinematography and BGM are neat. The songs are impressive too. If the film had been trimmed a bit, it would have been better.
What’s Not There?
Varun and Janhvi had given a good performance along with the versatile Rajkummar Rao. With its unique concept, the film makes the audience have an engaging – watch!
