Chef Ruhee Bhimani Lokhandwala is a well-known Pastry Chef. Ruhee was born on 26th June. She has her Bachelor's in Hotel Management (2005-2008) from Rizwi College of Hotel Management Mumbai, after graduating she worked as an intern at Grand Hyatt Mumbai, and then Ruhee worked with renowned pastry chefs in Dubai, New Zealand, and Turkey. In 2011, Ruhee decided to start her venture and opened her first confectionery store in Pune. She then pursued courses in Chocolates and Pralines and French entremets from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris. With such a wide array of international experiences and traditional techniques instilled in her since childhood, Ruhee knew she wanted to share her passion.
With this resolve, she started her academy, Cocoa Cottage, in Mumbai. Over the years, Cocoa Cottage has transformed into one of the most sought-after baking workshops in Mumbai. Pastry Chef by profession she time and again reinvents in Cross Over Bakes and International Flavours to add more variety to learning for the homemakers and students. Bundled with energy and enthusiasm, she transpires to share her talent with a larger audience. She has had a successful span in the baking industry over 12 years. Pastry Chef Ruhee has had the opportunity to work under the tutelage of renowned Master Pastry Chefs and Master Chocolatiers globally. In September 2023, she opened up with another ability to influence and guide people as a life coach.Since then, she has been on a drive to share life lessons.
