Hemal Shah is an Indian chef and entrepreneur. She did her schooling at Narsee Monjee Educational Trust's - Jamnabai Narsee School, followed by a Bachelor in Economics from Jai Hind College, Mumbai, and later a Masters in Economics from North Carolina State University. She worked as an investment banker before exploring her career as a chef. She started her culinary journey in 2016. She worked as an Executive Chef at Aura Spa Retreat, Goa, and as the Head Chef and Creative Lead (Cuisine) at La Folie Lab, Mumbai. In 2019, she started her brand called ‘Chef Hemal’ that offers various culinary services.Â
