Soumil Mehta has previously worked as a chef in Zee Zest. he is a resident of Mumbai, Maharashtra. Soumil went to Swami Vivekanand International School and completed his graduation from ITM IHM Oshiwara with a BA in IHTM. Soumil Mehta also went to Queen Margaret University. Soumil has a Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality and Tourism Management.
Soumil Mehta trained at Vivanta Hotels, became a chef at Zee Zest, and an associate at Grand Hyatt Mumbai. He worked at Grand Hyatt Mumbai for around three years, beginning with the designation of an associate, then being promoted to order taker and then team leader. Soumil Mehta changed his job from one hotel to another and worked at The Westin Mumbai Garden City, Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Private Limited, Bayroute, and The Bombay Cartel (where he has worked since October 2022). He is a restaurant manager at The Bombay Cartel.
