Ritu Pyne is an actress working in the Bengali TV industry. She was born and brought up in Midnapore, West Bengal, and settled in Kolkata. She completed her MSc in Food Science & Technology at Raja Narendra Lal Khan Women's College – Autonomous, Midnapore.
Ritu Pyne was seen portraying the role of Dr Ira Sengupt in the Star Jalsha series Anurager Chhowa. The 2022 series directed by Anupam Hori had Dibyojyoti Dutta, Swastika Ghosh, and Arjun Chakrabarty in the lead roles with Ritu. She also appeared in a music video, Bilashita, directed by Ree-style and Raidon. Ronit Behara, Sreya Bhattacharya, Tithi Haldar, and Shibnath Mondal shared the screen with Ritu.
In 2023, Ritu participated in P.C. Chandra Goldlites Diva and won the Miss Beautiful Smile Award.
In 2024, Ritu debuted as the main lead in the Zee Bangla series Mala Bodol, directed by Swarnendu Samaddar. She shared the screen space with Biswajit Ghosh in this series. Â
