Raghab Chatterjee is an Indian singer and musician. He is known for his works in the Bengali language. Since a very young age, he was inclined towards singing. His musical journey began at the young age of 9. He learned the art of music and singing under the able guidance of Pt. Ajoy Chakraborty and Ustad Rashid Khan. He has released several albums during his long career. Some of his renowned Bengali albums include Bhorer Alo, Tumi nei bole, Sharodia, Bhubanamohini, and many more.
He pursued his career not only in the Bengali entertainment industry but also in Bollywood. He is equally famous in Kolkata and Mumbai. Raghab delivered the ICC World Cup cricket theme song in 2011. He also performs live not only in India but also abroad. Moreover, he is also the recipient of several prestigious awards. This includes accolades like the ITC/SRA scholarship, the R D Burman award, and the Kalakar award. He was also awarded the Mirchi Music Award for his singing acumen. He also emerged as the HMV Golden Talent Contest winner. The prestigious Bangla Sangeet Samman was also bestowed upon him. Apart from all this, he regularly performs on leading TV and FM radio channels.
