The movies Pariah (2020), Parcel (2020), and Ellipsis are all by Riddhi Majumder (2020). Pariah, directed by Riddhi Majumder, easily defeated the opposition to win the Best Film prize at the third Kazhcha-NIV Indie Film Festival. Majumder's first motion picture, Pariah, took three grueling years to create. The movie poses important queries about affection, sympathy, and what it is to be human. Majumder answered modestly when asked about his festival victory and said, "I didn't get to watch all the films during the festival, but the ones that affected me the most were Nimtoh and Web Allay Ooo!, and I was pulling for them. The fact that my movie won surprised me in a good way. It came as a complete surprise.
