Sandip Sen is an Indian business executive. He was born on 4 October 1966 in Kharagpur, West Bengal, India. His father, Sankar Sen, served as an officer of the Indian Police Service following which he was later appointed as Director of the National Police Academy and Director General of the National Human Rights Commission. His mother is associated with the National Commission for women. He has a son, Ambarish, and a daughter Prarthana. He is the Global Chief Executive Officer and executive director of Aegis Limited since 1 December 2012. He is an Honours Graduate in Economics from Presidency College, Kolkata.

He did his Master of Business Administration from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India. He has an experience in IT and ITES domains of over 25 years. He started his career with the UB Group and later became the Head of Marketing & Network Head at Hutchison Telecom. He is also a writer. He has been a part of several key industry summits globally such as IAOP, NASSCOM India BPM Strategy Summit, the Business World BPO Forum, and The Outsourcing Summit.
