Thereafter, she worked as an Associate Consultant (IT Vertical) at Planman Consulting India in Kolkata for two months. Her job role was to sourcing through Head Referrals, handling multiple requirements simultaneously, screening by telephonic interview, identifying prospective candidates through creative sourcing methods, and so more. Later on, she worked as a HR Administrator at Southend PC Solutions from Dec 2013 to Feb 2014. She analysed, framed, developed, and implemented HR policies, managed End to End Recruitment using various techniques, prepared & issued offer later, and much more.

Madhurima Basu left job as HR Administration, followed dream and passion & turned into a Chef and Entrepreneur. Since Feb 2012, she has been working as “Chef- Culinary Artist & Food Columnist” in Print & Electronic Media Channel. She has Pop Up Restaurant, taking food orders & cooking classes. She creates and writes recipes for leading Print Media & doing Cookery shows in television such as ABP, TOI, SANANDA, Zee, and many more. Also, she does food photography as well for Print Media. Her travel photos published in Travel magazines. She launched “Madhurima’s Kitchen” in Just-Dial, Zomato, and Quikr. She won Best Recipe contest by Master Chef Ajay Chopra on June 24, 2016. She is the winner of “Baking Queen Contest 2016” by Sananda Magazine of ABP Group and “Bake Love Celebrate Contest” by Siemens Home India. Also, she won Twitter Photography Contest by LEGRAND India.
