Argha Sengupta is an English-speaking creative director from India. He graduated in animation and filmmaking at the National Institute of Design. He is the co-founder of Magic Tree Studios. He started his career as a 2D classical cel animator for a multimedia company. He had worked on various international TV programmes and Bollywood films of repute. He had headed several international projects like DVD features, TV series, and game cinematics for reputed clients like Nickelodeon UK, BBC 1 UK, Visionscape Interactive USA, Disney, and Tigarhare Studios USA. He started working for a multimedia company as a 2D classical cel animator. He has primarily worked in several Bollywood films and international TV shows.

For reputable clients including Nickelodeon UK, BBC 1 UK, Visionscape Interactive USA, Disney, and Tigarhare Studios USA, he oversaw several international projects, including DVD features, TV series, and game cinematics. At the Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute, Argha Sengupta holds the position of Associate Professor of Animation Cinema. Argha resides in Panchasayar, India.
