Paramita Mukherjee, or Paromita, is a popular Indian actress. She hails from West Bengal. She works in the Bengali film industry and has worked in various Bengali TV series and short films. In 2017, Paromita acted in a short film titled The Diary of a Psychopath. Two years later, she worked in an other short film Khoshkheyaltogiri. She played the role of a mother in the film. She is also known for her 2022 Film #Homecoming. She played the role of Lokkhi Di. One of her short films, Jodi (If) was released in 2023. She played the character of a woman named Swapna in the film.Â
