Ziaul Faruq Apurba is a Bangladeshi actor, model, director and singer. He was born on 27 June 1983 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business administration from North South University. The model and actress Sadia Jahan Prova and Apurba got married in August 2010 but later filed for divorce. In December 2011, he married Nazia Hassan Audity, but on 17 May 2020 they got divorced. Apurba has a son with her. He married Trisha Dewan in September of 2021. Apurba began his professional career through the drama Boibahik in 2006. He has appeared in TV commercials for Nescafe and Lab Aid that became popular.

In his early career, Apurba won the title of Mr. Bangladesh on the talent show- You Got The Looks. As a singer, he sang the title track of the drama Bhalobasar Chotuskone. Apurba debuted in the film industry through the director Ashiqur Rahman's movie Gangster Returns on 27 November 2015. Apurba founded his own production company ASI Creations Limited in 2012 and debuted as a director with the telefilm Blackdated in the same year.
