Vicky Nandy, a popular figure in the entertainment industry, is prominently noted for his acting skills, standup comedies, flawless dance moves. He has shown his capabilities to the world as an anchor too. He comes from Kolkata, West Bengal, where he had done his schooling and college. Vicky went to Panihati Tran Nath High School (PTNHS) and Surendranath Evening College, Sealdah, Kolkata. He faced many struggles before coming to the limelight. He did part-time jobs, was a backup dancer in award shows, got rejected many times during auditions.

He won Mirakkel Akkel Challenger Season 6 in 2011 with his fellow contestant Partha. During this show, he had a backstage phobia, and he wouldn't eat anything before the show, and everyone knew this. He was an assistant choreographer before participating in Mirakkel. When the offer for Mirakkel came, he had doubts about this not being a steady career, and he might get eliminated at any moment, but fate had different plans for him. He was the winner. He is a person who sings, and that too by the script for which he would like to brush up his musical voice.

He was the host of Dance Bangla Dance Season 8 in 2014 and co-anchored Zee Utsab in Zee Bangla. His interest lies in theatre dramas too. He was a part of the Sukcher group based in Sodepur, West Bengal, and also a part of Debesh Chattopadhyay's and Saurav Palodhi's Iccheymoto. His acting career flourishes day by day, and he gets opportunities to showcase his inborn talents in mega serials and plays. He played a part in Rajatava Dutta's 'Tughlaq.' He, sometimes, is a guest performer in the show 'Didi No.1,' a program in Zee Bangla. Comedy was never in his mind when Vicky started his career.

As time flew by, he understood his capabilities and acknowledged this motive of his life. He always believed in originality, hence does not copy from others in comedy. He gets inspired and works himself to bring out the humor. He has an institute of his own, named Frame In, where he trains the future, who have inborn skill. They might need a supporting hand, and Frame In is the perfect one for it. Anchoring and standup comedy are guided by himself in the institution, while others are experts in dancing, modeling, etc.
